The space Villa Noria is a beautifully designed, fully equipped two-bedroom home set in the peaceful village of Kingston Bagpuize, perfect for creative stays, family getaways, remote work, or extended visits. The Space: Two bedrooms on the first floor, both configurable as doubles or twin singles upon request Accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child (including sofa bed) Two full bathrooms plus an additional guest toilet. Inside the Home: Thoughtfully designed living and dining area with a warm, curated aesthetic Fully equipped kitchen ideal for self-catering Superfast Wi-Fi and smart TV for work and entertainment Private garden perfect for outdoor dining or a quiet morning coffee Comfortable bedrooms with high-quality bedding Washing machine and all essentials for longer stays. Additional Features: Two free parking spaces directly in front of the house Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property with self check-in for convenience and flexibility. We use a secure guest platform called SuitOps to manage your stay. After booking, you’ll receive a link where you’ll be asked to complete a quick ID verification and choose between a refundable deposit or a damage waiver. This helps us protect the property and ensure a safe experience for all guests. Once completed, you’ll gain access to your guest portal, which includes all the details you need for your stay, including check-in instructions. Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, and you can arrive at your convenience. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and can be requested through the guest portal. If you choose the refundable deposit option, it will be fully returned within 7–10 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred. Everything you need for your stay will be available in your guest portal. If you need any assistance, I’m always one message away and available through the app. For urgent matters or emergencies, please call directly. To ensure quick responses, we kindly ask guests to avoid email communication. Other things to note All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival for safety and insurance purposes. – If you require the sofa bed and extra linens, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare it for you. – Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request (additional fee applies).
