My beach house

You'll feel wonderful in my home. It's very quiet, surrounded by nature, and you can relax. The place gives you security, comfort and rest very close to the beach. My little house is a rustic and beachy space that radiates warmth and simplicity. Although nothing in it is modern, it stands out for its unique charm, as many of its elements have been recycled and still maintain all their functionality. I have a vintage TV that only links to YouTube. This home invites you to feel welcomed. The space My little house is a cozy, rustic beach home. It consists of two rooms with wooden furniture, blackout curtains that block the light and space to store clothes. One of the rooms has its own bathroom, providing greater privacy. It's a simple but functional place, ideal for a comfortable and quiet stay. The living room has a small library of books available for guests, a piece of furniture with Ecuadorian ceramic crafts. The entire cabin has a single 24btu air conditioner. The terrace has a sofa for 2 people, a dining table and a hammock, from where you can enjoy the beach atmosphere and a pleasant view of the sunsets, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our cozy cabin is located on the main road, with easy and quick access to the beach. To get there, you just need to go out and walk about three minutes. Along the way, you will cross the Oloncito mat and the Oloncito urbanization park, on a safe and pleasant journey. It's the perfect place to enjoy tranquility and proximity to the sea. Guest access Within the housing complex, some communal spaces have restricted access. In particular, the pool is for the exclusive use of certain owners of neighboring homes. However, you can freely enjoy the patios, ideal for relaxing and sharing pleasant moments. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay. Welcome! Other things to note We want to make sure your arrival and stay in our little house are as clear and comfortable as possible. This is a completely independent accommodation, so there will be no host present to welcome or assist you in person. Both check-in and check-out will be done independently, following the instructions provided. While I will be available by phone for any questions or needs, only in case of major emergencies will the corresponding assistance be coordinated.
