Here you live centrally, with bus departures every 30 minutes to the city's pulse with a simple bus change, you can easily get there if you want to relax in the summer to the charming village of Åhus and the beautiful beach that is just 20 km away. But it's not just the location that makes this house special – it offers an experience you won't forget. The house is an oasis of comfort and modern technology. Here you can enjoy a lovely private pool, barbecue on the cozy patio or light a fire in the stylish interior. A beautiful conservatory provides an additional peaceful space, while the large TV with surround sound gives you a movie experience that makes movie nights something extra. For family or friends, there are two spacious living rooms to socialize in. Four bedrooms that can become five if needed is more than you will probably need.
