Both The Bedrooms have wardrobes, led panels. TV (in one bedroom that works on Wi-Fi & no cable connection)/ Air-conditioner(in both bedrooms) / Iron/ Hairdryer are also available at Ghar. We also Have A Dining Area with Six Seater Dining Table. The Kitchen At Ghar is equipped with basic utensils (please check pictures for reference) needed to cook food. Refrigerator/RO Filter are also available at Ghar. We have also set-up a sitting area on 1st floor of Ghar, where you have a sofa set with sitting for 4adults. Then We have A carrom set-up also on 1st floor and a shelf with some books to read. Ghar also has a small washing area in between the two washrooms connected to them, Here you will get a semi-automatic washing machine/ a standing mop/ a bucket/ a laundry basket. Guest access Guests Has Access To The Entire Ghar. We request our guests to use the Ghar and amenities available wisely. Other things to note Ghar is in a newly built colony with around 10 living homes in our lane at a very safe location. As the area is on the outskirts of Ludhiana, so you will get a peaceful environment. Please don't expect a Posh Colony at this price, Ghar is in a normal locality. Ghar is 100% safe for families/females, as has double locked gates and neighbours are also good. A total of three Grocery/ Ration Stores are available in neighbourhood (1min walk). Market is also only 1km from Ghar. Dugri Phase-2 Market is only 3kms from Ghar (For Good Restaurants). Zomato/ Swiggy/ Blinkit/ Jiomart all are delivering at Ghar for your food cravings & grocery delivery. Ola/Uber are functional at our location for daily commute. Our home is on the outskirts of Ludhiana at a safe location, in a newly devoloping normal locality where road are under construction as shown in images. Ghar is in a resedential area 3kms inside from 200feet road & 1km inside from Dhandra Road. There are 10 living homes in our lane with good neighbours. We Don't Have Any Staff and this is a self serviced Stay, Managed By the Guests Themselves. We will Give you a clean home when you come and expect the same to be returned to us. Maid visits daily around 3pm for mopping (She doesnot do dusting/washing). Utensils Need To Be Cleaned by the guests if they use them. Indiscipline/ Parties/ Extra Guests/Local Unmarried Couples not allowed Strictly. Please Don't Smoke Inside the House, Instead You Use the Terrace Or Entry Lobby for the Same (This helps us keep the ambience clean) 🙏 We believe in saving electricity, so will request you to please use it wisely & turn the lights/appliances off when not in use. For(offline) Weekly/Monthly Stays Cylinder/Electricity/Cleaning will be charged extra, please discuss. I assure you a comfortable homely stay 🙂 Note: Motor needs to be turned ON to refill the water tank. We have a submersible motor at Ghar & water is available 24x7. Please try to find some time to water the plants inside and outside Ghar. This will help them grow better and maintain the beauty of Ghar.
