The space The cottage is designed to offer comfort and tranquility throughout the stay. It has a spacious double bedroom and a bright living area with a sofa bed, making it ideal for accommodating up to four people. You will find towels, sheets, extra blankets, and everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom has a bathtub, a hairdryer, and a Welcome Kit with shampoo, shower gel, and soap. The large and fully equipped kitchen has a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes, allowing you to prepare meals completely independently. To avoid power outages, we kindly ask you not to use multiple high-consumption appliances (oven, hairdryer, air conditioner, washing machine, etc.) simultaneously. 🗑️ For waste collection, the bins are located a short walk from the house: at the "Sarvàs" Civic Center (on the left when leaving the house) or along Via Zavattina, at number 17 (on the right when leaving the house). We kindly ask you to separate your waste whenever possible and not to leave any trash inside the house at the end of your stay. 🌿 The house is immersed in the tranquility of the Friulian countryside, a few minutes from the Marano Lagunare Lagoon and the surrounding natural areas. In the summer months, especially between July and August, the presence of water and vegetation can encourage the appearance of mosquitoes in the evening hours.
