Other things to note To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests will be required to complete a short rental agreement prior to arrival. This form will be sent to you electronically and must be signed by the lead guest. A refundable security deposit of £500 is also required before check-in. This deposit helps us maintain the high standards of the property and will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damage is reported.
