Set in a peaceful tranquil setting Gite La Pradelle is within walking distance of the stunning 12th Century Château and the village of Biron, with it's restaurant and épicerie. The commune of Biron is located between the two 13th Century Bastide towns of Monpazier and Villeréal, both listed in 'Les Plus Beaux Villages de France'. Monflanquin and Belvès are also within a short drive. The Dordogne and Lot rivers are within easy reach where you can kayak, canoe or swim. The space The Gite has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals with everything you should need for your stay, including dishwasher and a clothes washer. A large outdoor terrace for dining by the pool and for those cooler evenings a cosy living area with log burning stove. Each bedroom has French doors to access the outside terraces and pool. Two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a separate bathroom, with an additional twin bedroom. A private 10 x 5 chlorine pool with paved surround and a covered BBQ terrace completes the space. There is an electric charging point in the village. Guest access The property is accessed via a quiet rural no-through road with a private drive and parking. The single story stone property allows easy access to the pool and garden area.
