- This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium! As well as walk to Downtown! The space Welcome to Oak - Apartment 2! This adorable apartment is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The apartment has 1 king bed, a pull out sofa bed (queen size), 1 full bath with a tub shower, and holds up to 3 guests. In the living room you can relax and watch tv or play board games with friends! The kitchen has all electric appliances and plenty of kitchen supplies, including a Keurig single cup coffee maker with starter supplies! There is also a nice private balcony you can relax on while enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning. The private bedroom comes equipped with a tv and sound machine. There is also a shared fire pit area, seating, and patio area for guests. - There is NO washer/dryer in the unit. *Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia houses. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
