PS: The farm has no animals, but a nice golden retriever roams freely around. If you are afraid of dogs, another residence is recommended. Rented to persons over 25 years – children with adults are welcome. The space The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house where a family with children and a dog live. That means you can hear life and sounds from an active home on the floor above – especially during the day. Our dog is kind, but can make some noise, as well as greet you as she often walks freely in the yard. We do our best to show consideration, but want to be honest that it is not always completely soundproof. In other words, this is not the place for you who are looking for total silence – but perfect for you who want a cozy, practical base with everything you need. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, as well as a private terrace/space right outside – with direct exit from the living room.
