Newly built house in Billdal, on a quiet street in a safe area south of Gothenburg. Tasteful and tidy, nice patio with pool, barbecue and nice social areas outside as well as inside. All amenities are provided. One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) on the upper floor, two bedrooms with comfortable new single beds (105 cm) We take care of our nice house and only rent to proper families who take care of it as if it was your own. Toilet/bathroom both upstairs and downstairs Guest access You can use the whole house but not wardrobes/cabinets/closets A couple of minutes' walk to the bus that goes directly to the city (Linne' area, among others) Walking distance to swimming areas and nice walking paths. The pool is heated Other things to note Bus X2 nearby, if you want to go to town. Bathing areas are within walking distance (the sea) Bicycles are available to borrow
