Highly located house overlooking the Åland Sea

House located high up overlooking the Åland Sea on eastern Singö, about 10 km north of Grisslehamn. Below the house there is a sandy beach (long and shallow) and at about 400 meters there is a municipal swimming area with a jetty. Nice walking and cycling trails throughout Singö, including a nice 5 km loop starting from the house. Singö is a relatively large island with a bridge connection from the mainland. The area is relatively sparsely populated. Shop (Tempo) about 3 km away. 10 km to Grisslehamn where you can take the ferry over to Åland. The space The house was built in 2014. Approximately 120 sqm divided into two floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 140 cm bed and one with a 120 cm bed. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen/living room. Dining table with room for 6 people, sofa set with room for 5-6 people. Fireplace (firewood available). Upstairs, a larger room with a slanted roof and a large sofa, is used as a TV room. On the ground floor, a large terrace around the whole house except the north side, outdoor furniture (dining table with 7 chairs and 2 lounge chairs). Sun room with sea view, built in 2024. Upstairs, a balcony overlooking the Åland Sea. Evening sun on the terrace until about 8:30 pm in summer. Adjacent to the house, there is a guest house (built in 2020) with sauna and outdoor shower. As a guest, you have access to the sauna/guest house, but we normally do not rent out the beds in the guest house. If you have more than 4 people, we can also rent out the guest house - contact us for price information. Guest access Two cars can be parked on the property, near the entrance. Walking distance to the beach and swimming area. Easy to get around the area on foot or by bike. Other things to note 2 Bicycles are available but since we cannot guarantee that they are in good condition, we have not included them in the list of amenities. Starting from the house, there is an approx. 5 km "round" (Länsmansrundan) that is popular for walking/cycling. The terrain is about 1/3 forest/trail, 1/3 simple gravel road and 1/3 slightly wider gravel road. The beach below the house is not municipal. About 400 meters from the house there is a municipal swimming area with a jetty and an outdoor toilet. In Grisslehamn (distance about 10 km) there are restaurants, shops, paddle tennis, tennis, outdoor gym, Hotel Havsbaden with large spa, Eckerö Line to Åland (takes two hours, tax free on board), mini golf, sailing camp etc. Please note that cleaning and bed linens are not included in the price.
