Blake's Studio Suite on Wawa Lake Enjoy a stunning waterfront stay. This private, detached guesthouse offers a separate kitchenette, bathroom and a large combined bedroom/lounge space. You have an independent building to yourself on a shared property with your host. Step out to your private deck and fire pit with spectacular views. Kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, double hot plate, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and BBQ. Under a minute to town. Great for year-round activities.🌊 The space Spacious Studio Layout: A comfortable and functional detached guesthouse featuring a large, combined bedroom/lounge space, a separate bathroom, and a dedicated kitchenette. Sleeping/Lounge Area: Features a comfortable Queen-size bed, a futon (great for lounging or flexible sleeping arrangements), a glider chair, and a smart TV. Bathroom: A clean, private bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub), stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Kitchen Area: Fully functional kitchenette with a dining table and chairs. It is stocked with all the cooking essentials, dishes, and compact appliances listed in our amenity section to easily prepare your meals. The Grounds & Privacy: The guesthouse sits on a shared waterfront property with your host. While you have your own private building, deck, and fire pit, we may see each other out in the yard or on the main deck as we enjoy the lake! Parking & Outdoor Gear: Plenty of driveway space available, with ample room to park a boat trailer, truck, or snowmobile trailers for your outdoor adventures. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to their studio suite "Blake's by the Lake", your private lakeside deck with a BBQ, and your dedicated fire pit (please follow local fire regulations). Parking: Ample parking space is available for your vehicle or trailers our large private driveway. Waterfront Access: Walk right outside your door to enjoy Wawa Lake for swimming or launching your kayak. Please note that there is no dock. Important: While you have exclusive use of the studio unit, its deck, the fire pit area, and driveway parking, please note that the main house, its attached decks, and the rest of the property is our private residence only. Other things to note Peaceful Lakeside Living: We live on-site in the main house and deeply cherish the tranquility of this lake. This guesthouse is strictly intended for quiet enjoyment and relaxation. It is NOT suitable for parties, events, or unregistered visitors. Remote Workers & Professionals: We warmly welcome traveling professionals and contractors! Blake's by the Lake provides a peaceful, private, and comfortable environment to unwind after work, with the convenience of being under a minute from town. Connectivity: Wi-Fi is provided so you can easily work remotely or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Nature & Wildlife: Our location allows you to experience the incredible sights and sounds of northern nature right outside your door. Please expect to see local wildlife and experience the typical outdoor elements of a lakeside property.
