A fully furnished, self contained one bed space with a combined kitchen (full cooking facilities) lounge room, washing machine & dryer plus separate bathroom / toilet. A 2 minute walk to pristine beaches where you can walk, swim, surf, paddle board, windsurf or kite. Ample secure parking in front of the guesthouse with private entrance and courtyard. We encourage recycling; containers provided. A private setting with beautiful native garden surrounds for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Guest access The guesthouse is a seperate, enclosed space at the rear of the main residence on the property, accessible via a private driveway. (through a set of gates which will be open on arrival) Feel free to open and / or close the gates as you feel the need. NOTE: Narrow driveway (2100mm MAX width) No trailer, boat trailer or caravan access to the guesthouse, these vehicles will need to be parked on the verge at the front of the main house. Other things to note Unfortunately the property is not pet friendly as there is no grassed area or shade. The property is on a septic system so it is imperative that only toilet paper is flushed.
