The space The Dell provides newly refurbished, spacious accommodation with four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for large families & friends to gather. The farmhouse offers; Master Bedroom with superking bed & ensuite shower room. Bedroom Two with a king size bed. Bedroom Three with a double bed. Bedroom Four with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath & overhead rain shower. Experience the authentic charm of rural living with rustic yet elegant interior décor, featuring exposed wooden beams, a cosy fireplace & tasteful furnishings, balanced with the convenience of modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen & WiFi access. The spacious kitchen offers more than just a place to cook, it features a large central island & a cosy casual window seating area, perfect for casual meals. Seamlessly connected to the dining and living areas, it serves as a natural gathering point—where stories are told & memories are made. For a more formal dining option bring everyone together in the dining room, anchored by a charming wood-burning stove that radiates warmth and character. Whether it's hosting your festive holiday dinner, serving as a quiet reading nook, or doubling as a creative workspace, it's sure to adapt to your requirements. After a restful nights sleep, wake up to the melodious chirping of birds and head out to explore the lush countryside, there is an abundance of footpaths and bridleways direct from the doorstep, providing access to countryside, woodland walks & a little further afield a very nice local pub! .... Or simply unwind in our expansive garden area, complete with outdoor seating. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the farmhouse & grounds during your stay. Other things to note **Your four legged friend is very welcome at the house but there is a strict rule that dogs must not go upstairs, on beds or furniture. Thank you. **We supply a starter pack for the wood burners which includes 1 bucket of wood, kindling, firelighters & matches. If you need to purchase additional wood or kindling we provide an 'Honesty Store' next to the garage. Bags of logs are charged at £10 & kindling £6. Please either leave cash or make a payment through the Airbnb App. **Please leave the white bags in the utility room as these are re-useable** **Guests are able to use the EV Charger on request. There is a fixed fee £20/weekend & £40/week stay. Please let us know if you plan to use the charger so we can unlock it for use**
