Duplex apartment with magnificent lake views in a peaceful environment. Refurbished in 2025 and very well-equipped. Located just above the lake and is 2 steps from the village center with restaurants, supermarket, bakery, post office with ATM, hairdresser, aquatic center with spa and nautical base for sports on the lake. Unfortunately, it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because it is a duplex with access via stairs. The space Access to the apartment is through a corridor. It is on the first floor, but you will have to go down the stairs to access it. Its balcony, on which you can rest thanks to the deckchairs, or have a meal, offers a superb view of the lake, which you can also enjoy from the dining area inside the apartment. When you enter the apartment, you first find the bathroom and toilet (separate from the bathroom). A coat rack and shoes complete this entrance. We then arrive in the kitchen / living room / living room area. The kitchen is well equipped with a traditional oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 2-burner induction hob, washing machine, coffee machine compatible with 3 types of pods (Senseo, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, fondue set, raclette oven, plancha for the balcony, a crepe maker and a pressure cooker. The seating area consists of a sofa bed (which will take up all the space once unfolded, which is why we recommend our apartment for 2 people up to 4 people maximum if there are children), a TV and a small table. The bedroom is accessible by a staircase (rather steep) and is equipped with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. There is also a workspace and a wardrobe. We can give access to our locked cellar to store your bikes or skis for example. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Direct access to the lake is possible thanks to the 120 steps that connect the building to the pedestrian path along the lake (key provided with the apartment key). If you need, we can give you access to our cellar, in the same building to put your sports equipment in a safe place. Other things to note Free parking is available for residents right next to the building.
