A cozy two-room apartment in Kempele, equipped with an air-source heat pump and with its own entrance. Close to the highway! Free parking! Multiple cars can fit in the yard. A peaceful location in the middle of a field landscape. About 2 km to the center of Kempele. About 10 km to Oulu. You can arrive at the accommodation after 3:00 p.m. at any time you like and check out by 12:00 p.m. Families with children are taken into account: travel cot, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The space The service fee and other costs are included in the accommodation price we have listed!! Come and unwind from your travels amidst the tranquility of nature. Clean, made-up beds await you and your fellow travelers. Make coffee or tea and enjoy yourself at an affordable price. The place to stay is at the end of the garage. The apartment has one bedroom with a 120x200cm wide bed. The tobacco kitchen has a sofa bed 140x200cm. There is also a travel cot for children. Sleeping accommodations for four people plus a small baby. We will put the sheets on the bed, but if needed, you can take bedding for a small child from the bedroom closet. Bed linen is washed with an odorless detergent (Allegro) Spare mattress behind the fireplace. Smoking is not allowed indoors and pets are not allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped, where you can prepare your own meals. Coffee, tea, spices, salt, oil are included in the equipment. Games and reading for kids. You are welcome to play or walk in the field at the end of the meadow cabin. Playground approx. 1 km away, Wanilla flea market 2.9 km S-Market, K-Supermarket, 2 pizzerias and Rami's grill less than 2 km away. Railway station 1.9 km away. Recreational swimming pool and Zeppelin shopping center 3.5 km. We clean ourselves, but you can sweep and mop up most of the trash, which will help the next guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment at the end of the garage.(Niittytupa.) You can leave your car on the left side of the garage, where there are signs to enter. The key box is next to the door, where the key is. The code will be sent to guests a few days in advance. When you leave, return the key to the key box. Other things to note There is a surveillance camera recording in the area! The cameras are directed only at the yard areas. Put the key in the lockbox when you leave. We charge a €300 fee for a key that is not returned. Bicycles and toys for small children can be made available by sending a message or by calling. There are outdoor games outside the accommodation, on the steps on the field side.
