Coins can be purchased at the reception for the laundry room. The apartment is nestled in the hotel village of Königsleiten in Litschau, amidst the idyllic hilly landscape of the northern Waldviertel. The Herrensee is directly adjacent to the hotel village, which invites you to swim in summer and to take a walk in the quiet nature in winter. After just a few minutes' drive or a quarter of an hour on foot, you can reach the center of Litschau. There are inns, bakeries, hairdresser, Billa, bank, and much more. Right next to the parking lot of the hotel village is a par 3 practice golf course with 18 holes. The Leading Golf Resort Haugschlag can be reached after approx. 15 minutes drive. The Weitra golf course and golf courses in the Czech Republic are also in the immediate vicinity. The Gmünd Spa with its newly expanded sauna outdoor area can also be reached in less than half an hour's drive.
