Would you like to spend your Fehmarn vacation in a large vacation home with upscale amenities in a great location? “ds11” is the perfect place for your trip! Underfloor heating in all rooms, luxurious bathrooms, electric shutters and blinds and high-quality furniture await you. The garden and terrace offer you plenty of space to relax and play, for cozy barbecues and to enjoy the island sun. Our house is located in the village of Staberdorf, optimally located between great beaches. The space You enter the house through the large hallway, from which the stairs go to the upper floor and the huge living-dining-kitchen area. Here you can cook in a high-quality Nolte kitchen with a large induction hob, table at the large oak table or relax on the cozy sofa and beanbags. From the dining area, you can access the terrace and garden via the large lifting sliding window. Here you have a barbecue, parasol and of course high-quality garden furniture at your disposal. On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with home office space as well as the spacious bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs is a shower room overlooking the sky, three bedrooms, one with a 240 cm wide family bed, one with a bunk bed, which is extendable downstairs, and one bedroom with a 180 cm bed. In all bedrooms you can enjoy a great sense of space through the open beams and can completely darken all windows with electric shutters. Our house has been sustainably renovated, has a PV and a solar thermal system that make the most of the island sun. You have a private parking space at your disposal in the yard and further parking is on the street. Washing machine and dryer are available to you outside the house free of charge in our laundry room for guests. Please note that there is another apartment in the house, which is also rented to holiday guests. We look forward to particularly welcoming families and quiet travel groups. Staberdorf is a small, agricultural town in the southeast of the island between the beaches of Meeschendorf and the cliffs of Staberhuk. On the steep coast you will find a beautiful natural beach, which you can also reach by bike or on foot (about 2 km) via a small secret path between the fields. A fine sandy beach with a lifeguard station as well as a great fish sandwich and ice cream stand can be found in Meeschendorf, about 2 kilometers from the house. The popular south beach of the island with promenade, playgrounds and tourist attractions is about 4.5 km away, which you can easily cover by bike along the coast. The island capital Burg with numerous supermarkets and historic old town is about 6 km away. Small tip: Twice a week, even in the off-season, the traveling baker stops right next to our house. Here you can buy fantastic cakes, great rolls and excellent bread.
