Beach villa with landscape sauna

Sit on the front patio, watch the water birds and listen to their songs while sipping your morning coffee. There is round-the-clock security in the area 10% discount on weekly bookings! The space Beach Villa has a luxurious kitchen with versatile utensils. The living room has a big dining table, a corner sofa and a fireplace (also Wi-Fi, TV, sound reproduction equipment, video projector and a screen). Through big windows you can have view to the lake and to the own beach of the villa. Villa has two bedrooms, each with a separate double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with private entrance. In front of the villa there is a furnished wide space with both stone and gas barbeque and a sunshade. The rowing boat (with life jackets) on the shore next to villa is available for the guests. The villa has just completed its own wood-heated lakeside sauna. Its large windows offer a great view directly of the lake. The guests can rent the traditional Finnish lakeside sauna and / or a hot tub at the tip of the point of land where the sauna is located. Our five sheep spend the summer in the woods and they are always happy to come and have a few treats In our area there are kayaks and sup-boards (included life jackets) for rent. The small islands of Lake Keitele have great places to land! Guest access In our very quiet and beautiful beach area there is this beach villa and five separate cottages for rent. The villa is in its own privacy and completely separate from other cottages. The area is surrounded by an extensive forest area with a nature trail with tricky questions and a lean-to and hut in common use. A large number of board games, toys, books and videos can be borrowed freely in the service building. There is also a hand-carved yard chess with spectator benches in the area. Also in the villa there is a high-quality chess game. Other things to note Sheets is not included in the rent. You can use your own or rent from us (15e / person, path towel 5€). Let us know and we will make the sheets ready. Final cleaning is also not included the rent. You can clean yourselves as it was when you arrived or pay the final cleaning fee (100e). Pets are welcome and there is no extra charge, but must be notified in advance.
