(51 sqm) curve-shaped condo unit offers the best, unobstructed view of Manila. Its floor-to-ceiling glass window panels allow for the natural light to benefit both guests and plants. Dozens of bars, pubs, night clubs, restaurants, and coffee shops as soon as you go downstairs. Money changers, convenience stores, and laundry shops are also within walking distance. Shopping malls like Century Mall and Powerplant mall are within reach. Noise could be an issue since it’s right smack in Makati’s entertainment scene. If you’re looking for zero noise, I suggest you check other listings. Guest access You have the entire place for yourself. There's a gym downstairs free of use, too. Please note this building has no swimming pool. Other things to note 1. Please take time to read the house rules and agree with them before confirming your stay. 2. There’s pay parking in the basement of the building. The flat rate for overnight parking is 400 pesos for 24-hour parking. 3. Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests and we need honest guests to help us run this accommodation. 4. No parties/events or anything that will leave a mark or mess. 5. Please note this building has no swimming pool. 7. Strictly don’t move the furniture pieces around. Switching my furniture pieces around damage my wooden floors, leaving permanent marks.
