This is a newly & fully renovated cape cod home, my wife and I reside in within a peaceful community. The private room has a flat screen TV, high speed Fios WIFI, DVD player with movies & more.. Beautiful amenities nearby within walking distance including a private community beach, playground, and ponds. We work long hours and have our own private quarters upstairs increasing privacy and comfort significantly. We have 1 small friendly dog (maltese/shit zu mix) that goes everywhere with us. The space We are offering a Private room with large HD TV and Queen size bed with a memory foam topper for added comfort. Private fully updated bathroom. Includes high end kitchen/appliances, breakfast bar, dining room, living room, laundry room ( w/ washer & dryer ), enclosed front porch, Large deck w/ open fenced back yard, accessible community Beach, ponds', parks, and more. Guest access Everywhere in the home, excluding the private master suite upstairs. Includes a high end kitchen, SS appliances, breakfast bar, dining room, living room, laundry room ( w/ washer & dryer ), enclosed front porch, Large open deck w/ propane grill and open yard, accessible community Beach, ponds', park, and more. We generally stay up there when home, allowing 100% access everywhere else in the house. During your stay We give the guest privacy and generally are not around endless requested otherwise. We operate a family business business that requires the majority of our time and attention. We can be around when needed or requested. Otherwise, the majority of the time, we are not around for maximum usage of the property in the most comfortable way. Other things to note For Long Term Guest, we cover House cleaning Every other week at no extra charge! Your room and bathroom will be cleaned at those times; unless specified that it is your preference NOT to have your private areas serviced ( Your private room and bathroom ). They is no extra charge for cleaning of such areas or not. We respect privacy, and cleaning your private areas are NOT mandatory, however would be included during their stay; if such is desired: with no additional charge. *** We are committed to safety while maintaining a clean, sanitized, accommodating environment***
