Our Beautiful Elm

Just a short drive from downtown Louisville Our Beautiful Elm is a stylish and modern home to enjoy as groups or couples and is capable of sleeping anywhere from two to fourteen people comfortably. In close proximity are plenty of places to dine and enjoy local nightlife as well as things such as the KFC Yum Center, Kentucky fair and expo, Louisville International Airport, and the Louisville slugger museum. The space As you enter through the front door of Our Beautiful Elm you are greeted with a nice foyer area and a small bench to aid in shoe removal. As you venture further into this home you will be in the very open and spacious living room/dining room area. From this area you can view the entry doors leading to three different bedrooms and a half bathroom. At the far end (opposite) of the foyer you will have an opening that leads to the kitchen and set of stairs that lead to the upstairs living quarters. In the kitchen you will find a full size French door refrigerator with a freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also contains a plethora of counter and cabinet space. From the kitchen you have access to the full bathroom on the main floor and a “sun” room. Bedroom one is furnished with a king size bed, tv and work desk. This room also has an electric fireplace and a closet. Bedroom two has a private entry door leading to the exterior of the home. In this room you will also find a queen size bed, tv, private work desk and a closet. Bedroom three contains a king size bed, two night stands, tv and a walk in closet. Bedroom 4 is located upstairs and also has a king size bed, tv, and closet. There are three bathrooms in Our Beautiful Elm. The first is a half bath with a large dual vanity and a toilet. The second is a full bath with a dual vanity, shower/bath combo, and a toilet. Lastly is a third full size bathroom upstairs that also has a shower/bath combo, toilet, and a single vanity Other things to note Both couches in the living room and the couch in the “sun” room are high end futons that fold down into beds. There are enough extra linens to cover them. Bathrooms will be stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. There are a total of 16 full size towels, 10 hand towels, and 16 wash clothes Bedroom doors on the main floor are heavy pocket doors that currently do not lock.
