The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for relaxing evenings. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy home! The space Garden can also be used. Guest access Complete 1st floor, accessible via the external staircase. The key safe is at the beginning of the outside stairs before you go upstairs, next to the light switches. The trash bins (trash bin, paper bin – blue lid) are located behind the garage. Compost bin right by the outside staircase. Please only put vegetables and fruit in here. At the end of your vacation, please lock everything up and then put the key back in the key safe. Thanks. Other things to note View of garden and mountains. In the back of the house, where the external staircase is located, overlooks beautiful flower shrub meadow with horse paddock. In the back part, the garden can also be used. The winter sports resort of Ruhpolding is about 28 km away from me and Berchtesgaden about 55 km. A cross-country ski trail is also tracked in my village of Nirnharting.
