The space The townhouse consists of three floors and contains stairs. Free car parking space in the front by the entrance area. Also, there is the possibility of parking in the guest parking. The main floor contains entrance hall, hallway and open plan between kitchen and living/dining room with fireplace. Seating for up to 8 people at the dining table. Basement floor contains hallway, separate toilet, bathroom with sink/shower/washing machine/dryer and one bedroom with double bed and TV. A storage room is locked. The second floor contains hallway, separate toilet, bathroom with sink/shower and two bedrooms with double beds. A room is locked. At the back there is a large and partially covered deck with outdoor furniture. Heat lamp, barbecue and fire pit available. - Proximity to Gardermoen: by car approx. 30 min/bus approx. 45 min - Proximity to Oslo: by car about 50 min/train about 50 min - Proximity to municipal center with grocery stores, clothing stores, wine monopoly, pharmacy, bakery +++ The townhouse is used as a residence during the rental periods and will therefore contain some private belongings. Guest access The entire townhouse and fixtures, with the exception of two rooms/stalls, will be available to the guests during the entire stay. Other things to note The townhouse is located in a housing association and tenants are expected to show consideration for other residents.
