Designed with great attention to detail and always accompanied by a magnificent, sweeping view of the sea. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors from all bedrooms provide access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The entire property is fenced and offers wonderful privacy. A special feature is our glazed naya: a typical Spanish covered outdoor area often found on houses on the Costa Blanca and other Mediterranean regions. It can be opened, has round arches and serves as a shady, airy transition between indoor and outdoor areas. It is ideal for protecting yourself from the sun on hot days without having to give up the fresh air and the view of nature. We use it as a cozy seating area, breakfast spot or even as a creative workspace for our goldsmith courses. Guest access Via a staircase from the private parking lot you reach the beautiful entrance area. The 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms are located in the right half of the building, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room are open plan and from there you can access the large terrace with private pool via the naya. Here there is a cabana and an extra shower/wc. A small archway leads to the rear, shaded area. In addition to olive and lemon trees, there is also a secret garden: the perfect place to read or do yoga.
