The villa's scenic location in Edava offers direct access to the pristine beach via a path at the cliff's end making it a perfect retreat for those seeking both panoramic views and seaside relaxation. @casamayavarkala The space The Space: This is our main room with spectacular sea view overlooking the Arabian Sea, we have a private viewing deck that offers a beautiful 180 degree panoramic view of the coastline. Perfect for couples, solo travelers and backpackers. Room Size: 165.730 sq ft. Prime Location & Beach Proximity: Located right in front of the beach, at the famous Varkala cliff's end this property provides the perfect balance of serenity and convenience, allowing guests to enjoy the best of Varkala’s coastal beauty. Guest access Outdoor Gathering & Dining Area: A shared open space where guests can dine, socialize, or simply enjoy the surroundings. Sea-Facing Rooftop Area: A stunning terrace with panoramic ocean views, perfect for unwinding and taking in the beauty of Varkala's scenic views and its spectacular sunsets. Other things to note Additional Information for Your Stay Check-In & Check-Out We strictly follow our check-in and check-out timings: Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we’d be happy to assist. Please let us know in advance. Outside Guests Policy: No outside guests are allowed on the property at any time, including for events or gatherings. Power Backup: We have a basic inverter backup in the rooms that supports lights and fans. However, air conditioning will not function on the inverter during power outages. Meals & Dining: Breakfast is included in your stay and will be served at the common dining area from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. We do not provide other meals, but Zomato and Swiggy are available in our area. Supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes are within a 10-minute drive. Feel free to check with your host for recommendations. Transport & Rentals: Two-wheelers are available for rent. Please pre-book by contacting the host. Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged at an additional charge. Please coordinate with the host in advance. Things to Do in Varkala: Enjoy activities like surfing, kayaking, mangrove safari, shopping at the local beach market, sightseeing at the cliff and more. Get in touch with the host for details and bookings. Parking & Driver Accommodation: We have a designated parking area for our guests which is located 150m away from the property for bigger vehicles, for smaller compact vehicles theres an approach road where you can reach the villa and park it within the premises. Accommodation and washroom facilities are not available for drivers at the property. Drinking Water: Each room is provided with two packaged water bottles per day.
