Sea-facing villa with pool

LA VILLA LA DUNE in MBOUR is composed of four bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 8 people. The four bedrooms have a bathroom (shower) and toilet. The villa has a swimming pool and terrace with direct ocean views. Not overlooked and very quiet, the villa is located at the exit of Mbour towards Joal-Fadiouth. It is a 10 minute walk to Mbour Market, 7 kms from Saly, 3 kms from Warang. The space The house is composed of two parts. The first part includes: - on the ground floor, a living room, a bedroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, - UPSTAIRS, a large terrace with direct ocean view and two bedrooms (one with a small terrace), each with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second part includes: - on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. - a laundry room with a washing machine - a guest shower toilet - an outdoor shower. - UPSTAIRS, a bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have: - Air conditioning, - mosquito nets on doors and windows, - a fan. Linens are provided (bed sheets, bath towels and bath sheets). Outdoor space includes: - a covered bar with stools - a covered area (hut) with a large table and 10 chairs, - four deckchairs, - 9x4 swimming pool, - outdoor shower. WiFi is included. The pool and outdoor areas are maintained daily by the caretaker. A housekeeper comes twice a week for the bedrooms and kitchen. Several restaurants nearby including those of the Safari Club hotel (100 meters) and the Marrakis hotel (200 meters). Grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy are on the main road 300 meters away. Guest access All parts of the house can be accessed by guests. Other things to note The tourist tax (1.5 euros or 1000 CFA francs per night and per day) is due for each person aged 18 or over. ELECTRICITY is not included. A meter reading is taken at the beginning and at the end of the stay. Note that the pool pump is powered by solar panels. Wi-Fi is free.
