The Beach Loft is located in Yeppoon, part of the Capricorn Coast in Central Queensland. This renovated Apartment is right on the doorstep of Yeppoon beach, the main street, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. For the kiddies, the Kraken and Waterpark are also within walking distance. Situated as part of the Evia complex, these units offer a spacious and relaxing vibe to accommodate both couples and families for their beach getaway. There is a pool on site for residents and guests to enjoy. The space Free Breakfast Daily (excluding public holidays) Relax on the deck in the large comfy outdoor setting whilst you take in the refreshing breeze across the water, have a cool drink and cook up dinner on the Ziggy BBQ. Inside the glass frontage of the unit is a fully airconditioned living area, a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a dining room offering a six-seater table. An Ecosa fold out sofa bed offers a bed for two more people and the two large comfortable leather sofa’s will seat the entire family whilst watching the 65 inch TV or listening to some tunes on the JBL speakers which are also provided. Both airconditioned bedrooms have plush Queen beds, wardrobes, fans and TV’s. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom and there is a second fully appointed bathroom. Downstairs has a fully electronic lockable garage for your car and a separate tiled laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. There is also guest parking beside the unit. Important Information The Beach Loft is set across two levels with the Garage and laundry on the ground level and Living and Sleeping spaces on the first storey via stairs. This may present difficulty for those with mobility issues.
