Relax from the moment you turn into our hedge lined drive. Rectory Cottage is set on our 3 acre property in rural Suffolk farmland. You will be staying in a two bed cottage with kitchen & lounge. A section of our garden is available. Conveniently situated between A11 & A14; easy access to tourist hotspots including Bury St Eds, Newmarket, Ely, Cambridge and Thetford. With a wealth of walks locally, the nearby Cavenham Heath is a must for nature lovers. The space This is a two bedroom cottage on our family property. The cottage is set away from our home. There is a garden area allocated to guests. Please keep dogs on a lead in this area and clear up after them. Thank you 🙏 Please note that we have a noisy (when meeting strangers) dachshund puppy that we will endeavour to keep on the lead when guests are with us. Please also note that the property backs onto a road (30mph) but the bedrooms are away from that side of the house. We are also awaiting a facelift of carpets and flooring, this is coming soon (autumn 2026). The price reflects the property as it is. Nearby are the towns of Bury St Edmund’s, Newmarket, Cambridge, Ely and Thetford. There are a lot of nature reserves and walks locally and the RAF bases Mildenhall and Lakenheath are a short drive away - plenty of plane spotting! We look forward to welcoming you.
