The accommodation is located in a period house, whose name, La Villa della Rapina, has a fascinating history to discover on our website. The decor is carefully designed with original period objects that enhance its historical charm. The property is in a quiet area a few steps from the station, and is well served to reach the heart of the city. The "Fogoler" room is inspired by the song Trieste Mia by Lelio Luttazzi, while the "Borin" room contains unique nautical details. The space The accommodation consists of three total bookable rooms. The Fogoler and Borin rooms have a separate entrance to make the stay even more intimate and private. While the Asia room has a separate entrance with its own private bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the building and will be able to reach the rooms located on the third floor. The entire floor will be at their complete disposal, while the owner resides on the lower floor. Other things to note To ensure the well-being of everyone – owners, tenants and guests – parties, shouting or noise are not allowed. The property is designed to offer a serene environment, allowing those who stay there to rest peacefully and face the day in the best way to discover this beautiful city. It is also required to treat the room with care, just as if it were your own home. The accommodation tax of €1.50 per day for a maximum of 5 days is paid on site and is not included in the price.
