La Villa della Rapina - Borin

The accommodation is in a vintage house, whose name, La Villa della Rapina, has a fascinating history to discover on our site. The furniture is thoughtfully styled with original objects from the time that enhance its historical charm. The property is in a quiet area within walking distance of the station, and is well served to reach the heart of the city. The "Borin" room, named after our typical wind, the Bora, contains unique nautical details. The space The accommodation consists of a total of three rooms that can be booked. The Borin room has a separate entrance to make the stay even more intimate and private. Guest access Guests will have access to the building and will be able to reach the rooms located on the third floor. The entire floor will be at their complete disposal, while the owner resides on the lower floor. Other things to note To ensure the well-being of everyone – owners, tenants and guests – parties, shouting or disturbing noises are not allowed. The property is designed to offer a serene environment, allowing those who stay there to rest quietly and take the day to discover this beautiful city in the best possible way. It is also required to treat the room with care, just as it was your own home. The accommodation tax of €1.50 per day for a maximum of 5 days, is paid on site and is not included in the price. From 01/01/2026, given the increase made by the municipality, the tourist tax increases from €1.50 to €2.30 per person per day. Breakfast will be a minute's walk from the room, in the Cono in B bar, and will include coffee or cappuccino or latte or milk macchiato or tea in various assortments and an empty or filled croissant of your choice per person.
