The recently, fully renovated cottage is located on the quiet bungalow park “de Toekomst” in Ouddorp. Located on the outskirts of the park, you have all the space and privacy to relax and sit in or out of the sun. The cottage is full of (household) comforts, including WIFI and a large smart TV. You have your own parking space. The cottage is 10 minutes by bike from the beach and city center. All you hear in the morning are the birds!! The space The cottage has a large, partially covered terrace with south-facing outdoor kitchen. A spacious living room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed. Kitchen with large 6-burner stove with oven. There is a modern bathroom with separate toilet. There is 1 large bedroom on the ground floor with access to the covered outdoor space and two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The room with 2 beds is a separate room. The room with 1 bed is an open space with dormer and stairs. The stairs are a modern spiral staircase. There is a utility room with large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and tumble dryer. WIFI and BBQ are provided. The cottage has been recently renovated and has a lot of privacy. The outside space is lovely for lounging. Guest access All parts of the cottage are accessible ( except for a storage room on the floor) including the utility room. With a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer and large fridge. There is a fully fenced backyard with a large sunny terrace which is completely sheltered behind a scabbing. This is a form of dike that can be found throughout Ouddorp. Parking is available at the house. Other things to note In the cottage, all 1-person duvets and mattresses are present. The downstairs bedroom has a double topper. Toilet paper is available for the first day as well as dishwasher blocks, pepper and salt, etc. Of course, it is a " non-smoking" cottage. The smokers can be dry outside. The energy used will be settled with you after the end of your stay. You pay the rate from the energy company. Charging an electric car is not allowed. Unfortunately, renting to workers who want to stay overnight because of their work in the area is not allowed.
