Welcome to our private, warm, comfortable studio unit in a central location at the rear of the owners property. Queen bed, 32inch tv, fridge, fan, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle & utensils. Continental breakfast supplies provided. We can't wait to welcome you to our home! The space To note we operate a small family business from home however the noise is minimal & we only work Mon-Thur. Guest access Entry to the Studio Unit is at the end of the driveway on the right handside, a key is located in the lockbox. Other things to note 5 min walk to the local shopping centre & pub called the stumble inn. 5 min drive to Pukekura Park & the Bowl of Brooklands, 8 min drive to the CBD, 10 min to the hospital. We also have walking tracks just down the road that go all the way to town and sea front walkway.
