Enjoy your stay at our little house in quaint St. James , MO. Come and relax in this little home that is just two minutes off of highway 44 in St. James, MO. Three beds, two bedrooms. Visit the local brewery. Plenty of space to park bigger rigs, for those traveling long distances. The space This unit has a no-step front entrance, two bedrooms, a king bed, twin bed, queen bed and a sofa sectional. With all this space, we can accommodate up to six people. There's a large, back deck with a small BBQ grill and a large (non-fenced) yard. You may bring your furbaby. There is a $30 per pet/per reservation (cash) pet fee. Leave it under the coffee maker. The front entrance has a digital lock on it. You will get the code information a couple of days before check-in. Guest access Make yourself at home. Enjoy the deck, the yard, the smart TV and wifi. Other things to note Please no parties. No guests that aren't listed on the reservation. No smoking or vaping inside the house (only on the back deck). If you use the BBQ grill, keep it away from the siding and don't dump the hot coals in the trash or in the yard.
