Other things to note The property is gated with the access via coded entry. Utilities are additional to ensure that guests have control over their usage during their stay. A $500 deposit will be required per month booked to secure your reservation. UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 28-day and longer we require a $400 flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 28-day period. An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
