Our place has the feel of being way out in the country yet we are centrally located to major shopping in South Tyler. We are only 3 miles from the paved Legacy Trail for walking/running and biking. Whether you are here for a romantic getaway or on business, we have the perfect place for you.  The space The living room and bedroom are divided by a small kitchen and bathroom. Appliances include a two burner induction stove, microwave/convection oven/airfryer combo, dishwasher and washer and dryer. All the amenities of home. Bedroom contains a queen size bed with nightstands and wardrobe. Living room contains a reclining loveseat with cup holders in between and a wingback chair. There is a large porch on front and back of house. Other things to note This is a NO PET property.
