The space We rent a bright, cozy vacation apartment measuring approximately 45 square meters (484 square feet), suitable for 4 adults, with the option of adding an extra bed. The apartment has a separate entrance from the courtyard, which is also suitable for wheelchair access. On the ground floor, there is a sitting area with a sofa bed, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.  A staircase leads to the gallery sleeping level with a French double bed (140x200) and 2 single beds (90x200). The pantry kitchen is equipped with fridge, 2 hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker  microwave, mini oven and dish towels. Dishes, pots, and pans are also provided.  The vacation rental is fully equipped with central heating, so nothing stands in the way of a winter vacation. Nestled in the lowlands between the Recknitz and Trebel rivers, not far from Darß, lies the small village of Semlow. Our two 2-room vacation apartments offer everything that active vacationers and families could want. Our guests can use the on-site playground with tree house, swing, and sandbox. The property is about 2,000 square meters, with orchard, small pond, many quiet sitting areas, barbecue facilities. There is a car parking space for each apartment. The use of the tumble dryer is also possible.
