Must be booked for the total duration of the stay. 72h notice required (pre-heating days are free). Passports 🛂: It is imperative to send us a copy of all passports at least 24h before arrival (Moroccan law). Strict Access 🚫: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed entry. Any visit must be approved in writing at least 24h in advance with ID. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to end the stay immediately without refund. Non-Smoking 🚭: Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors (only allowed on terraces/outdoors). Any trace of tobacco indoors will result in a 500€ fine for deep cleaning. This applies to shishas and e-cigarettes. Quiet Hours 🤫: Quiet is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties are strictly forbidden unless prior agreement is made. Linens: Any ruined towel (makeup, cream, etc.) will be charged 30€. Guest access In compliance with Moroccan regulations, an electronic copy of a valid passport for every guest must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process. For the security and privacy of all, access to the property is strictly limited to the guests named in the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not permitted under any circumstances, and the local police will be contacted immediately if this rule is not respected. Registered guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its amenities. The only restricted area is the pool maintenance room, which is reserved for technical staff for safety and operational reasons. Other things to note ➤ Maximum Capacity This villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, strictly limited to those listed in the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval. Guests must inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any visitors and provide an electronic copy of each visitor's passport for security purposes. ➤ Check-In Requirements In compliance with Moroccan regulations, all guests must provide electronic copies of their passports prior to check-in to ensure a seamless arrival process.
