With 5 bedrooms, a pleasant living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden, it is the ideal place to unwind. Enjoy the trails, picturesque villages and local cuisine. Large front and back garden of more than 1,000 m2 with magnificent views of the Brionnais bocage. The house consists of a large fitted kitchen, a pleasant living room with fireplace, a bathroom, toilet and laundry room (washing machine and dryer in free access) on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom with 160 cm bed, a toilet, a bedroom with 140 cm bed, two other bedrooms with 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a small living room with 90 cm sofa bed, a shower room with toilet. Two additional 90 cm mattresses are available to accommodate your children. You will find a swing, various outdoor games, a dartboard, a real foosball table, a ping pong table. Several garden furniture at your disposal as well as a barbecue and a brazier for your quiet evenings. Guest access Your check-in will be done independently with a lockbox.
