RV Spot #1 is on the Steinhatchee River. 20-30-50 amps, full hook up. No tent camping allowed. Private boat ramp. Shared bath house, laundry equipment, ice machine, grill and refrigerator. Shared observation deck and fish cleaning station. Quiet residential neighborhood. On clear nights the sky is filled with stars and constellations. Walking distance to Fiddler's Restaurant, Riverside Spirits, Stoney's Pizza, and Kathi's Krab Shack. ***Dockage may be available for an additional fee. Guest access Dockage may be available for an additional fee. Check with host for availability and fee. There is a shared ice machine on site with a minimal fee per use. There is a shared bathhouse on site - bring your own towels and toiletries. Please clean up after yourself out of respect for others. There is a shared washer and dryer and full-size refrigerator on site. Do not leave any perishable foods in the refrigerator when you leave. The washing machine works best on Quick cycle. There is a shared BBQ grill under the gazebo next to the ramp. Please clean the grill after using it. Do not leave fishing lines in the water when you're not monitoring the fishing pole. Prop damage to our neighbors boats because of unmonitored fishing lines will not be appreciated by neighbors. Other things to note Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
