The space Sand Brook Lodge #16 is a superb Lake Placid vacation rental located in the prestigious Whiteface Club & Resort, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths that accommodates 9 guests. This private end unit, 3 level home has an inviting, open floor plan that includes a main floor with fully equipped chef’s kitchen with top end appliances, full dining room, and a spacious living room with soaring ceilings, sectional sofa, and fireplace. Just off the living area, spend countless hours on the expansive, secluded wraparound deck featuring a fire table, grill, and seating for a crowd, enjoying the babbling brook and filtered golf course views. The home offers two primary king ensuites (the main floor suite features a bonus remote workstation) plus two additional, spacious queen bedrooms. The bright lower-level entertainment area offers a great spot for friends and family to gather, featuring a wet bar, foosball table, big screen TV ( with streaming services), and comfy seating for a crowd. This home is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable even during the hottest summer days. The attached garage provides easy entry/exit no matter the weather, as well as storage for golf bags, bikes, skis, etc. Other things to note We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! We will send you instructions: Check in time is 4:00pm Check-out time is 10:00am. all the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. the property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, garbage bags.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
