The cozy bedroom has a King bed, 2 desks with Chairs, a TV, a closet and a window type air conditioner. Access to all the shared spaces in the house, including kitchen, bathroom, dining room and the living room. You can park one car on the premises free of charge. The house has 2 rooms and the host is not on site. The extra charge for the second person is $20/night. No pet or smoking is allowed inside the house.
