This fantastic lakefront property has plenty of indoor and outdoor games and entertainment for the whole family! This fully remodeled 3-level 4-bedroom home has 2 full baths and sleeps 10 comfortably, with breathtaking views of the lake. The property's exterior features expansive decks, and 75' of waterfront with private dock. Guests must follow house rules, be respectful of neighbors who are full-time residents, maintain a family-friendly environment, and take care of our home. If this is you, read on. Clear Lake is a hidden gem: It is a well-stocked lake popular for bass fishing, and allows jet skis and power boats to 22 feet. It is a great swimming / paddleboarding / kayaking lake, all summer long. In 2024, this home's exterior decks were rebuilt, and the interior was refinished from top to bottom, with LVP flooring, quartz countertops, and new high-end furnishings. All beds have brand new memory-foam or hybrid mattresses. The main level of the house features open living, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 10, leather sofas, an electric fireplace console, and a 65" smart-TV. French doors open to a partially covered expansive deck with breathtaking views of the lake. Deck furnishings include an outdoor dining table with an electric fireplace. The main level also includes a King bedroom and full bath. Up a set of spiral stairs, the top floor loft has a workspace and a reading nook. A full bathroom sits between a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds, and a Queen bedroom. Down a set of spiral staris from the main floor is a media room with power-reclining leather sofas, a videogame console, electronic pinball machine, a full-size pop-a-shot game, and a 55" smart-TV. The lower level also has a 4th small bedroom that doubles as the "lego room". The lego room has a bunk bed, a table, and plenty of lego bins to keep your builders busy. The other end of the lower level has a utility room with washer and dryer. The media room opens to another full deck that is covered. Additional indoor toys include games and puzzles. Outdoor toys include cornhole boards and an outdoor ping-pong table. Guests are welcome to use the fishing rods, a double kayak, a paddle board, floating toys, and two kids' kayaks. Or, bring your own power toys - there is a boat launch on the opposite side of the lake. Please see the bottom of this section for a complete list of paddlecraft and life jackets provided. In March 2025, a new furnace and heat pump with central AC were installed, allowing for a reprieve from summer heat, as well as cozy comfy cool weather stays. Clear Lake lies 6 miles north of the artsy town of Eatonville, and 30 miles northwest of the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. The entrance to Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is adjacent to our road, and Seattle is just about an hour drive north. Whether you are looking for a summer vacation on a lake, a quiet and tranquil cool-weather retreat, or a launching point for Mt. Rainier exploration or a variety of Pacific Northwest adventures any time of year, this Clear Lake waterfront home will not disappoint! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Current paddlecraft inventory: Double kayak Single kayak 2x kids kayak 1 x inflatable SUP Paddles for all are provided. We have 2 additional SUPs that are in need of repair, but should be back in action by June 2025., There is also a 6x6 floating raft that can be paddled or towed. Life jackets provided: 2 for little kids (30-50lbs) 5 for big kids (50-90lbs) 3 for adults > 90lbs. Guest access Guests have access to all interior and exterior parts of the home and property, with the exception of a few locked supply closets. Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking (including driveway, deck spaces, dock, and yard) non-party home. We are pet-friendly; well-behaved dogs that don't smoke, and have well-behaved dog owners, are welcome! Please add your pet to the reservation so that the pet fee can be collected upon booking. Guests MUST pick up their dog's poop, and dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in our home (crate provided, please make sure it is cleaned before departing if used). Our home is on a quiet and family-friendly street; guests must be respectful of neighbors.
