House in Murrotto

Forget all worries in this spacious oasis of serenity! The space The house, located on the ground floor, overlooks two fronts: mountain side, overlooking the garden and river, and quiet street side. It is located just 200 meters from the Via Marina (where there are 3 bar-pubs) with views of Mount Etna. Fully furnished, it is composed as follows: fitted kitchen with external electric oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning, mosquito nets in all fixtures. A furnished double bedroom and another bedroom with 5 beds (depending on the number of guests included in the reservation, only one bedroom or both will be opened). Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower and a new washing machine. N.B. Reservations of less than two days are not accepted. The property is close to the train station, tobacco shops, ice cream parlors and a supermarket. About 3 km away you can find the famous Calanchi Bianchi and the beautiful beach of Rocca del Capo. Forty minutes away is Reggio Calabria, with its promenade (the "most beautiful kilometer in Italy"), just over an hour away is Scilla, and about two hours away is Tropea, which was elected a few years ago as the most beautiful village in Italy. Guest access A large outdoor patio with a table and chairs for lunch or dinner outside. A garden and an outdoor shower on the mountain-river side (shared with other guests).
