1800s farm house for whole family

Our cozy house surrounded by a farm is a perfect stay for a family or someone who likes a quiet nature experience. It's located 45 min drive to Astrid Lindgrens värld and 5 min drive to lake and sea. The forest is just around the corner with hike tracks and lakes a few kilometers away. Guest access The ground floor hosts a large living room with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, a small hallway and the “water room”. The kitchen is a renovated old kitchen with style kept from a century back with a stone oven perfect for making your own bread and pizza. Two induction hob plates, combined oven and microwave, coffee brewer, boiler, toaster and refrigerator. Note that there is no water or zink in the kitchen. See more info below on the ”water room”. Connected to the kitchen is a small room, the "water room", including: shower, toilet and sink. There is also an outdoor zink available with both hot and cold water. There is an own patio facing sunset, with outdoor sink with warm and cold water and bbq (wood is available, but no char coal). On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and a crib, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed and a children’s bed, up to 6 years. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a curtain door (not solid). One extra bed can be supplied if requested. Extra baby crib and highchair are available on request. The garden is big and accessible for you. The hosting couple are living next door, across the garden, and are available most of the time. Other things to note Babies under 2 years old does not count as "extra person". Gråbo is a no-smoking house.
