This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a baker (with daily necessities), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax. The space In the basement of the house is a hobby room with fitness equipment and two additional sleeping options (1 double bed, 1 single bed). The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping options. Thus, 7 guests can stay in 3 rooms. Guest access You can park your car right in front of the house. Parking spaces are available. Other things to note A grill is available for a barbecue evening. You are also welcome to help yourself (subject to availability) to our herb and vegetable garden.
