This very well-equipped, modern apartment, with over 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) of living space, is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a bakery (with daily groceries), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax. The space In the basement of the house is a hobby room with fitness equipment and two additional sleeping options (1 double bed, 1 single bed). The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping options. Thus, 7 guests can stay in 3 rooms. Guest access You can park your car right in front of the house. Parking spaces are available. Other things to note A grill is available for a barbecue evening. You are also welcome to help yourself (subject to availability) to our herb and vegetable garden.
