Step back in time to the 1800s in this charming brick Pioneer House in Historic Downtown Wooster. Enjoy the spacious second-floor apartment (approx. 1200 sqft), blending vintage elegance with modern comfort. All while being just a block from local eateries and boutique shopping. *Please note there's construction taking place across the street during daytime hours, which may result in some construction noise during your stay.* The space **Please note the apartment is the second floor of an 1870's Victorian home. The winding staircase is beautiful but may prove to be challenging for some. If this is a concern please consider booking our first floor apartment (Apt. #2) ** Bedroom: This inviting space boasts a sleigh style, queen-sized bed with plush bedding, clothing storage and blackout curtains. Living Room: Sink into comfort with a plush sofa and an inviting armchair in our well-appointed living space. The entertainment center houses a Roku TV, alongside an assortment of puzzles and games to entertain. If you're in the mood for a good read, peruse our bookshelf and borrow a book to enhance your relaxation in this cozy space. The living room also has a table for two. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen, is stocked with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots, pans and basic cooking supplies. The fridge, microwave, stove, toaster and drip coffeemaker are at your disposal. The kitchen also has a table for two, great for enjoying breakfast at. Outdoor Space: Guests have access to the fully fenced-in backyard. Bathroom/Laundry: Tiled bathroom with bathtub and full size washer and dryer. Towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment (approx. 1200sqft) minus the storage room located off of the kitchen and the utility closet off of the hallway. Parking for two cars end to end is located at the back of the property. Guests will gain access to the house via the front door with a door code provided to them. Guest are welcome to enjoy the fenced in backyard. There is also street parking available at the front of the house and public parking in the parking lot just steps away.
