This private 2 bedroom ocean front apartment is just steps from the beach. You can see eagles, deer, salmon, whales and so much more from the living room, master bedroom and the covered deck of this second story unit. We have 2 kayaks for your use while staying, as well as an outdoor grilling area and a beautiful beach. The space Our unit provides 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom, with sweeping views of the bay, beach, and Sunnahae mountain! Our accommodations provide a large yard, private beach and easy access for your enjoyment. All entrances, and the exterior stair access to the unit, are all well lit and well maintained. This is an upstairs unit without elevator access. Our rental unit boasts 10' ceilings in the living area and bedroom #1, with sweeping views of the Port Saint Nicholas Bay. The entire unit is furnished with brand new items, including high quality mattresses and high thread count cotton linens. The living area includes couch style seating, with a modular sectional (double bed) and modular loveseat (double bed) . Bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 each feature a queen size bed. The unit includes one full bath, with shower/tub combo, and a full stackable washer/dryer for your use. Toiletry and laundry supplies are provided for our guests. The full size kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, seasonings, paper products, etc. Your covered deck features a seating area to enjoy the oceanfront views over a cup of coffee or an outdoor meal. Guests will have access to an exclusive beachfront outdoor BBQ area for preparing and enjoying meals as well. There are deep freeze freezers available on site for any fish or game you may need to store during your stay, and we have an array of coolers and gear available for your use. Guest access Guests have full access to the beach, yard, outdoor dining area and more. Let us know if you are visiting to fish or hunt, as we offer many amenities tailored to your experience including coolers and processing areas. Other things to note Your Airbnb apartment is located on the second level, above the owners home. The unit access is by a well lit and wide outdoor staircase. The owners are a private professional couple who love the outdoors and love Alaska. We have a very sweet yellow lab and a kitty who occasionally play in the yard or beach, (although not at the same time as our guests!).
