Our 2025 renovated vacation home is exclusively equipped and offers a top-class experience at any time of the year with the panoramic sauna and wood-fired hot tub. The space 3 bedrooms with cozy large beds, a spacious living room with balcony and panoramic views over Hesse! 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub to relax. Large dining room with perfectly equipped kitchen. Great terrace and garden experience with hot tub, barrel sauna, children's swing, 6 loungers, gas grill and fire bowl leave nothing to be desired. Wallbox for e-cars Guest access The entire accommodation including all amenities is fully available to the booker. There are no additional costs! Electrically heated and easy to use Environmentally friendly: heat pump and PV system Consumption costs for water, sewage and heating are already included in the booking price. Electricity for charging electric cars, the sauna and the hot tub will be billed according to actual consumption (0.35 EUR/kWh) on a separate meter at the end of the stay. The sauna costs about €3 per hour to operate, and the whirlpool costs about €4 per day to operate on electricity. Important notes for our guests: This is our private vacation home, which we have decorated with a lot of love. We are pleased to share it with guests who appreciate tranquility, nature and a well-kept environment. Please understand that we do not allow parties, drinking or loud gatherings. The garden is a place of rest, not intended for parties or larger gatherings. We also ask you to refrain from excessive alcohol consumption. Our goal is to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and to provide guests with a pleasant, relaxing stay.
