We would like you to be a larger group that wants to rent our house. It's a big house on two floors. Spacious kitchen with room for everyone. Four bedrooms with double beds and also a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms, as well as a double sofa bed in the TV room. Two bathrooms with shower. Beds for 12 people and inflatable mattresses if you are more. Large yard and close to the city center. Bed linens and towels, as well as WiFi are included. Dogs welcome. Unfortunately, we do not rent out for longer periods and mostly over weekends or holidays. The space We can accommodate up to 14 people. Upstairs, we have three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and one of them also has a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Toilet with shower. On the ground floor/mezzanine, there is a guest room with a 160 cm bed and a cozy TV room with a room divider and a sofa of 160 cm. Toilet with shower. Large kitchen and dining room as well as a sunroom with large table and a sun deck next to it. Possibility to set up a double and/or single air mattress in any of the rooms for extra people. Unfortunately, we do not rent out our house for longer periods, e.g. by the academic year, etc. Guest access The house is located next to highway 70 in central Älvdalen. There is a garage space in the outbuilding. Large plot and lawn. Other things to note Regarding guests with disabilities, there are four steps into the entrance floor from the yard, then it is handicap-friendly on the ground floor. Guest room with double bed next to toilet, TV room and kitchen. Stairs up to the upper floor. We have no subscription for the TV, i.e. no cable TV/channels, but you can stream your phone to it or plug in your laptop with the HDMI cable that is in the TV or use the Chromecast.
