Two double bedroom with office and parking

A large three bedroom, two storey apartment which forms part of our family home; the property offers parking and an outside space and is located on the outskirts of St. Ouen's village. The two double bedrooms each have a desk; perfect for guests that may need to work from home. The bus stop, post office, food hall, pharmacy and hairdresser are minutes away and we are situated in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and bays. The space Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms; double (standard and master) and a single, plus a full bathroom. Downstairs features a separate kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area, entrance hallway, cloakroom, private access front and back, parking space and small outside area. Guest access The apartment has a front and back door. I will show guests the allocated parking space when they arrive. The outside table and chairs provided for guests are situated at the back, just outside the French doors. Other things to note We live on-site and we do have dogs. They are not allowed in the apartment and they will not impact your stay. You may see an elderly terrier as she lives immediately next door to the guest suite, but she is very affectionate and loves people.
